KV2008 system is specially designed for making thicker thread and in-bonded yarn in one working process:

※ One motor per spindle & automatic spindle stop for yarn breakage, no labor needed in production

※ The exclusive active feed roller and top deck with TFO running system result in high-class final yarn and with lower voice, power consumption and production cost

※ Main configuration from premium brands, e.g. Siemens touch screen & PLC, to keep the machine in a stable state and with a long service life. 

The standard version is driven by tangential belt, and automatical spindle system is optional.

Automatic spindle stop system （optional）

One motor for pre-twist group(2 or 3 spindles) and one motor for one down-twist spindle. In case a thread breaks, the relevant spindle(s) stop automatically, and the roller is lifted up simultaneously. No labor is required during production.

The spindle is with energy-saving synchronous motor, that is adopted to keep the same speed between spindles and guarantee the minimum twist difference to result in the high-class quality of final yarn.
